The Mabas team developed Archetype editor which is primarily an Archetype Template Editor with the ability to import and export openEHR Archetypes/ADL as well as HL7 based templates. This tool also supports data construction, data validation, reuse of existing archetypes, support for the full support for the CEN EN13606 standard, constraints, optionality, terminology binding to terms, testing of the Archetypes for data entry. Code generation to Java, C#, VB.NET and other languages could easily be achieved. Mabas team have a long history of working with Archetype. We are one of the only Archetype Editors that support HL7 based Archetypes, openEHR Archetypes, ADL and CEN 13606. The Archetype system that we use is used in production systems today such as Pathology, Specialists clinics as well as our GLIF system for clinician based data entry.
